Scheduling a delivery is simple:

  • Returning customers: Log into your ArroAccount, navigate to the Schedule/Track Delivery page, enter your details, review, and click “SUBMIT TO COURIER.”
  • New Customers: Visit the “LOGIN” page in the navigation menu and create an account. We'll contact you to complete setup.

Can I track my deliveries in real-time?

Yes! Our ArroPortal provides live tracking on a map once your order is assigned to a courier. You’ll also receive email updates with tracking links.

How fast do you deliver?

We offer flexible delivery speeds based on your urgency and location:

  • ON-DEMAND: 30min - 90 min delivery (subject to availability)
  • SAME-DAY: By end of day
  • NEXT-DAY: Next-day by end of day or scheduled delivery

How do I know my items were delivered as expected?

Our couriers provide electronic proof of delivery (E-POD), including:

  • Live tracking updates
  • Photo confirmation
  • Signature verification (when required)

Delivery notifications are sent automatically, and you can add multiple recipients to receive updates.

How do I make changes to or cancel my pickup?

Yes. Drop-offs should be ready for pickup when your courier arrives.

Fragile items like vases must be properly packed to prevent damage. Drivers may refuse improperly packaged items.
